DESCRIBE MY PERSONALITY

Hello, my name is Aisyah Dwi Nurhidayah Ramadhan, you can call me Aisyah, Ais, Dwi :) I like cooking and reading. If I want to cook, as usual, I watch Youtube for the recipe and procedure, and I always improve from there. I really like to cook. 

I like learning everything, such as design, python, a digital marketing that I interesting to learn their subjects. Right now, I learning design with Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Design is a skill that I think I can not achieve, but finally, I can basically design. That skill can make me help my organization to make publication content when we only consist of 2 people. And to improve my skill, I join to design team for Ibu Profesional. I think it is suitable for me.

Other than that, I am also learning Python and Digital Marketing but I feel I can not improve that skill because I think so difficult, maybe now I will try again to learn those subjects. I must be a growth mindset.

I am good in time management, I always list what I want to do and if not reach, I will evaluate that. I also like to organize. When I was in college, I contribute to the Aquaculture Community in UNPAD and Mosque Youth Families in Salman ITB. When I was a graduate, I contribute to Forum Indonesia Muda, Muda Environment Care, and Ibu Profesional. I'm happy to be able to contribute to a part of the organization. 

I often get angry when someone is late, unprofessional at work. I judging and underestimate them, but right now I think it is not good, I must be changed. I don't need to think about them. I must be focus on myself. I am a stubborn person, I often difficult to receive input from others. I easily to emotional. Right now, I aware if I must develop myself. I always pray "Ya Allah, tunjukkanlah akhlak yang baik". I feel I underestimate my self over, so I must be self-confident.
